Kashmir Itinerary
DAY 01: SRINAGAR
On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Houseboat. The afternoon is free for personal activities. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to witness a stunning sunset. Overnight at Houseboat.
DAY 02: SRINAGAR – SONMARG – SRINAGAR (196 KMS)
Embark on a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, renowned for its breathtaking beauty. Along the way, stop at various picturesque spots. Continue your drive to Sonmarg, situated at 2690 meters (Meadow of Gold). Here, you can ride a horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains year-round. Sonmarg is also known as the Gateway to Ladakh. In the evening, return to your Houseboat. Overnight at Houseboat.
DAY 03: SRINAGAR – GULMARG (56 KMS)
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg, one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is famous for its golf course (highest in the world) in summer and skiing in winter. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. Take a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 04: GULMARG – PAHALGAM (149 KMS)
After breakfast, leave Gulmarg and drive to Pahalgam (2440 meters), known as the Vale of Kashmir. On the way, visit saffron fields and the ancient Avantipur ruins, an eleven-hundred-year-old temple. By lunchtime, you will reach Pahalgam, a popular location for the Indian Film Industry. After lunch, enjoy the natural charm of the valley. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05: PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR (93 KMS)
After breakfast, leave Pahalgam and drive back to Srinagar, arriving at your hotel by lunchtime. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour of the world-famous Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Return to the hotel for your overnight stay. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 06: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before your transfer to the airport for your onward flight. Tour concludes here.
